Founded by Dr. Mahoor Sadr Hashemi in 2022, Dentcense is the result of years of research, dedication, and global experience in dentistry and healthcare innovation. After living and working across different countries, Dr. Mahoor Sadr witnessed the severe lack of access to proper dental care especially in underserved communities.

One life changing moment came during a visit to the Philippines, where he met a woman who had been suffering from severe dental pain for years. She had no access to care, no support, and no hope. That moment stayed with him. It became more than a memory it became a mission.

He realized that modern dental care needed to be accessible, precise, painless, and universal. Not bound by location or income. And not dependent on traditional clinics that many people simply can’t reach.

After years of developing solutions, testing ideas, and assembling a team of global experts, Dr. Mahoor officially founded Dentcense Oy in Finland in 2022 a high tech medical company that is building the future of dentistry.

In 2024, Ilkka Kangasniemi, a highly respected expert in health innovation and strategic development, discovered Dentcense and saw its transformative potential. He strongly believed this is the future of dentistry and dedicated his experience and mentorship to support Dr. Mahoor’s bold vision. Ilkka joined Dentcense as a board member, key advisor and mentor, becoming an instrumental force in turning the vision into reality.
